For Credit card guarantee case: once we have received your credit card details, we simply pass them on to the hotel, in order to guarantee/secure your booking. While the hotel has your credit card number, no immediate charge is made. Payment details are decided upon by the client upon arrival at the hotel. In the event of a non arrival your credit card will be charged the day following the confirmed date of arrival. Provided you have not cancelled on amended your booking with in the cancellation period.
For full payment of your booking: your credit card will be charged immediately through our secure online booking system. |
